Description
The Ottery Group offers a wide variety of services in archeology, historic preservation, and the environmental sciences and has strong credentials in the implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). The firm has considerable experience in preparing EAs and EISs under NEPA as well as Section 106 documentation for compliance with NHPA. The firm has extensive experience in natural and cultural resources documentation to meet state and federal requirements. The firm has completed a broad range of environmental studies throughout the US - including archeological investigations, historic architectural surveys, ecological studies, wetlands delineations, and other aspects of resource documentation, impact assessment, and environmental planning. The firm also has experience in environmental due diligence for commercial real estate transactions, including ESAs, asbestos and lead paint surveys, and contaminant remediation.
